The Power of Advocacy in Business Networking

Business in Berkshire members demonstrated the power of advocacy in 2 NRG Business Networking Events last weeek.

On Tuesday February 13th Jon Davey was unable to give his scheduled 10 minute slot after the London Selfridge Hotel Group's monthly Business Networking lunch. Jon sensibly decided that his heavy cold should keep him away. Business in Berkshire member, Richard White, delivered his endorsement based on his own experiences. Richard demonstrated just how powerful a message can be from a 3rd party perspective.

On Friday February 16th Christine Clacey and Hannah Lewis presented the 10 minute after lunch slot at the Reading NRG Group as advocates of Business in Berkshire. Hannah's 5 minutes was on the Innovation Showcase and Christine balanced this with a 5 minute presentation on Women in Business in preparation for the Networking month in March.
